Science: What happens when we beat the different parts of eggs?

We have been learning that materials and states can undergo change.  We can change the states of different things in lots of ways, for example by heating, freezing, boiling and beating.


For Science this week we looked at what happens when we beat the different parts of eggs.

We made predictions and then we observed what happened.  We were surprised at how different they looked!
